In Vogue magazines latest edition they picked the 10 best dressed celebrities of the month, the list for November included starlets like Kate Bosworth and Thandie Newton. One of the major differences in all the outfits are the necklines, some are neck lenght high and others are very low chested. Rachel Weisz has one of the most unique neckline dress I have ever seen, the neckline begins high almost kissing the neck but trails down to meet the opposite shoulder. Necklines are important because they are usually unique to a person and their body type, how many times have we seen Nicole Kidman in a turtleneck? It has become unique to her style. So in a nutshell don't underestimate the power the neckline it can change your entire look and sends out a powerful messages.
